With two decade’s experience in the international music business between them, Mariana Carr and Karen Xavier'’s vast experience working with top tier artists, events, festivals and brands has seen their services called upon by some of the industry’s most celebrated names. Working with clients as diverse as Fatboy Slim, Pete Tong, NERVO, Kryder, Tom Staar, Paul Van Dyk, Creamfields, Pacha Brazil, Abel Ramos, Third Party, Arno Cost, Rock In Rio, Norman Doray and more, Mariana and Karen have coordinated and actioned festival and tour production, tour management, festival curation, artist management, artist bookings, artist branding, tour advancing and beyond in both South America and Europe. With Mariana based in the UK for the past six years, and Karen now joining her, the pair bring her wealth of skills and world class managerial talent to the table, exclusively at BX Management.

Having known each other for over a decade, and always respecting and admiring each other’s work, it was only natural for Mariana Carr and Karen Xavier to pool their collective skills and open the doors of BX Management. Benefiting from the pair’s combined contact books and industry experience, the artist management and consultancy company focuses on artist management, branding and special projects. Already seeing huge success with first client Hektor Mass, BX Management handle all aspects of his career from image to collaborations to his musical direction, thrusting the young Spaniard firmly into the global spotlight. With support from Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Steve Aoki, The Chainsmokers, Marshmello, DJ Snake, Nicky Romero and Kaskade, Spain’s Hektor Mass is one of the world’s most explosive new main stage stars. Resident at Opium Barcelona from 2013-2015, Hektor’s reputation for bringing the party grew at a breakneck pace. With residencies at Opium Barcelona and shows at XS Las Vegas, Lavo NY, Sutton Sao Paulo, Madrid’s Teatro Kapital, and Amnesia Ibiza as part of Steve Aoki’s residency line-up, Hektor has also performed at Mexico’s Daydream Puebla and Medusa Festival Puebla, Arenal Sound, Unite Tomorrowland Spain, Daydream Barcelona, Abroadfest Barcelona, Medusa Festival and Belgium’s iconic Tomorrowland. In the studio, debut 2016 single ‘My Life’ topped streaming and radio charts across Spain and Mexico, while follow up single ‘Somebody’ broke into the Top 50 viral songs on Spotify Argentina and secured major Spanish radio airplay. His 2019 Deorro co-production ‘Shake That Bottle’ scored half a million Spotify streams in its first month and broke into Beatport’s Future House Top 20, before Cheat Codes handpicked him to remix ‘Highway’ featuring Sofia Reyes and Willy William. With more tour and release news coming, the future for this promising young artist is already looking truly stratospheric.
